Born in upstate New York and staged in Oregon, Bob's culture, extensive travel, classic French culinary training and access to local ingredients inspire his cooking. Bob enjoys building intense flavors, and truly shines when working with old world style food cookery, methods of brining and curing deli style meat. His commitment to slow food, and relationship with small local farmers are at the core of his cuisine.
